We were contracted to do site development to restore the iconic River Lodge Motel, an historic property that is being re-branded as the River Lodge. The property is being fully renovated, including the rooms and suites, a central pool, outdoor gardens, a lobby market and an indoor/outdoor bar and full-service restaurant.
