People's Self Help Housing is a non-profit that builds affordable homes with site-based services that offer opportunities to change lives and strengthen communities on the Central Coast of California. We've worked with the organization on several projects.

For Pismo Terrace, we developed a site to accomodate a new multi-family housing complex. This entailed competing related site improvements, including curbs, gutters, sidewalks grading and paving. We also managed installation of the major utilities, including electrical, water, sewer and storm drains.
