Seamair Construction has worked with the SLO Housing Authority on multiple projects. This one entailed building 35 low-income affordable apartment units. The project also included constructing a community room and associated site improvements. In addition to the physical structure, we performed grading and paving work as well as utilities, including electrical, water, sewer and storm drain systems.
