FCI Dublin is part of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) which operates or contracts with a variety of facilities in California, including United States Penitentiaries (USPs), Federal Correctional Institutions (FCIs), and Private Correctional Institutions (PCIs).

Seamair was hired as part of an emergency response to a sinkhole created by flooding at FCI Dublin, a low security federal correctional institution. As part of the project, we diverted 136,000 gallons per minute of water, exposed and routed around permiter fencing, and removed and replaced 48" galvanized metal squash pipe.
