FCI Dublin is part of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) which operates or contracts with a variety of facilities in California, including United States Penitentiaries (USPs), Federal Correctional Institutions (FCIs), and Private Correctional Institutions (PCIs).

The BOP contracted with Seamair to replace roofing at its Dublin facility.
