Seamair was hired in 2020 as the general contractor to do sitework improvements on roughly 200,000 square feet of property on the Cuesta College North Campus in Paso Robles, Ca. The North County Campus is one of three sites in the San Luis Obispo County Community College District that includes the San Luis Obispo Campus and the South County Center at Arroyo Grande High School.  Approximately 2000 students attend classes at the campus.

The site improvements included a new driveway and entry loop from Buena Vista Drive, reconfigured parking and a drive aisle adjacent to the existing Campus Center Building 1000 and minor reconfiguration of existing intersection curbs near Dallons Drive. We also demolished the modular ECE Classroom and its connected utilities, made pedestrian and landscaping improvements and paved the central campus area.
