People's Self Help Housing is a non-profit that builds affordable homes with site-based services that offer opportunities to change lives and strengthen communities on the Central Coast of California. We've worked with the organization on several projects.

For Broad Street Place, we were brought in to construct two new buildings, one a two-story and the other a three-story multiuse building. The buildings contained 40 rental apartments, a community space and commercial rental space. We also made related site improvements, including curbs, gutters, sidewalks grading and paving. In addition, we also managed installation of the major utilities, including electrical, water, sewer and storm drains.
